Terms of Service

By inviting Cayo to your Discord server, or by using cayo.bot, you agree to the terms below. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Acceptable use

Cayo is a moderation, security, and automation tool. You may not use it to harass, dox, mass-DM, evade Discord's rules, or facilitate any activity that breaks Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Service availability

Cayo is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. We reserve the right to remove the bot from servers that abuse the service or violate Discord's rules.

Account responsibility

The actions performed by Cayo in your server are taken on behalf of the users who invoke the commands. Server administrators are responsible for the configuration of moderation, antinuke, and logging features in their servers.
